Talking About The Moon

Since getting back from my transatlantic speaking tour, I’ve been busy with some other webinars.

I was offered half of the time slot for this first one, but preferred to just support what Christopher Cokinos was saying, with a couple of stories about how the moon can be both a place of poetic wonder and scientific discovery. In doing so, it was a pleasure to share some stories about Al Worden and his late-night musings after getting back from the moon, that eventually became a book of poems. Christopher's book is marvelous, and I hope you give it a read!

For the second webinar I was being interviewed by a couple of great kids from the same part of the United Kingdom I grew up in. It was a lot of fun. Kids are amazing, and I always leave energized and inspired working with them, feeling hopeful about the future of the world. They asked me a lot about all aspects of my career, and we had a great time!
