Moon Landings: Doubting The Doubters
/I hope you are all looking forward to a New Year full of hope and love. 2022 was a challenge for many of us in a number of ways — but despite my constant belief in human kindness, I was nevertheless overwhelmed by how much was sent my way this year. I will continue to strive to be as good at giving it out as receiving it.
The BBC asked me to do a podcast this month talking about conspiracy theories surrounding the moon landings. This is generally not my favorite thing to talk about, as it involves more disproving than celebrating. But it was the BBC, so — sure. It was an opportunity, I decided, to talk about how the Apollo program was so amazing that it seemed impossible to some... a sign of how remarkable it was.
